Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment
At Belliora, every fragrance is carefully crafted, quality-checked, and packaged with love before it reaches your hands. We want you to experience the joy of your purchase exactly as intended.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched or delivered. This applies to:
• All 100ml EDP fragrance bottles
• Sample sizes and discovery sets
• Gift sets and bundled products
• Any opened or used products
We encourage you to explore our sample options before committing to a full-size bottle, so you can find your perfect scent with confidence.
Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products
We take full responsibility if you receive a product that is:
• Physically damaged (broken bottle, cracked cap, shattered packaging)
• Leaking or tampered with
• Incorrect product delivered (wrong fragrance or variant)
• Significantly different from what was ordered
In any of the above cases, you are eligible for a full replacement or store credit at our discretion.
How to Raise a Damage Claim
To report a damaged or incorrect order, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:
• Email us at support@belliora.in with your order ID
• Attach clear photographs and/or a short unboxing video clearly showing the damage
• Describe the issue briefly in your message
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained. No exceptions will be made to this window.
Resolution Process
Once we receive and verify your claim:
• We will respond within 2–3 business days
• If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days
• Store credit, if applicable, will be added to your account within 3 business days
We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above criteria or where evidence of misuse or mishandling is apparent.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, cancellations are not possible. To request a cancellation, email support@belliora.in immediately with your order ID.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing timelines.
