Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already placed and confirmed will be honoured at the price applicable at the time of checkout.

Orders & Payment

•        All orders are subject to acceptance and availability

•        We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets

•        Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select pin codes

•        By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete

•        We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or unavailability

All content on www.belliora.in, including brand name, logo, product photographs, descriptions, and website design, are the intellectual property of Belliora. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Belliora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to allergic reactions from fragrances, delays in delivery, or product dissatisfaction. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

Fragrance Advisory

Fragrances are personal care products. We recommend:

•        Testing on a small patch of skin before regular use if you have sensitive skin

•        Keeping products away from eyes and broken skin

•        Storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

•        Keeping out of reach of children

Belliora is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to known or unknown personal allergies. Please read all product labels carefully before use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
