Shipping Coverage
Belliora ships across India. We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@belliora.in and we will try our best to assist you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email along with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Deliveries across India are estimated to arrive within 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on:
• Your pin code and delivery location
• Public holidays or regional disruptions
• Weather conditions or force majeure events
• Courier partner delays
Belliora is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or factors outside our control. We will always do our best to keep you updated.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹40 (as per current store promotion). Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Prepaid Order Discount
Customers who choose prepaid payment methods (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets) receive an additional 5% discount on their order. This offer is applicable on all products across the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier partner's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@belliora.in.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to re-dispatch. Re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds will not be initiated for returned shipments unless the product arrives back in its original, unopened condition and the return is approved by us.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available at select pin codes and may be subject to additional handling charges as displayed at checkout. We recommend prepaid payment for faster processing and an additional discount.
